Digital Vikingz / Client feedback

What clients say after working with Digital Vikingz

Client feedback on this page comes in two forms: clients on camera describing the engagement, and written reviews shown as the original screenshot from the place the client left it. Every entry carries the project it refers to and the date it was given, because a review from three years ago and a review from last month are different evidence. The numbers behind these words are on the results page. Read both.

What do clients say on camera and in writing?

Clients describe the engagement in their own words in the recordings, published with the client's written permission. Written feedback is shown as the original screenshot, with the project it refers to and the date the client wrote it. Nothing is retyped, so the wording, the rating and the date are the client's own.

How is feedback collected and shown on this page?

Four rules decide what appears here.

Permission in writing

A recording or a screenshot appears only after the client has agreed in writing to its publication.

Original form

On-camera feedback is published as recorded, trimmed for length only. Written feedback is published as the screenshot, never retyped.

Dated and tied to a project

Every entry names the project it refers to and the month it was given.

Read beside the numbers

Feedback is opinion. The Search Console panels on the results page are the measurement. The two pages are linked so you can read both for the same client where the client allows it.

Questions about the feedback on this page

Can I speak with a past client before hiring?
Yes. After a strategy call we introduce you to one or two clients in a comparable industry, with their agreement, for a direct conversation. You choose the questions. We are not on the call.
Are the names on this page real?
Every name is the client's own, shown only where the client has agreed in writing, and every entry can be matched to a project with a start and end date. Where a client prefers not to be named, the card carries the project and the industry instead.
Why is some feedback several years old?
Older feedback is kept because it shows the work holds, and the date on every card lets you weigh it yourself. Feedback from the last twelve months sits first.
Do you publish negative feedback?
A client who was dissatisfied is not asked for a public review, and the reason for the dissatisfaction is discussed on the strategy call when it is relevant to your situation. We do not remove or edit reviews a client has already published elsewhere.
